As a mom of 3, fitness wasn't always a priority. Going to the gym for hours, spending extra on groceries and all my time being taken to prepare my meals, different lifestyle then my family. Like most moms i would start and stop as i had to prioritize home. Time, Money and balance didnt working my favor. Be fit or be a mom? i didn't think i could do both. Then Covid came. i had all the time in the world, still not alot of money haha, but i needed to do something at home to occupy my time. i started working out at home, i bought a little yoga mat and started watching youtube fitness trainers, my 2(at the time) kids right beside me, sometimes working out WITH me.Budget and food were limited so i made small changes with food. Little by little i started seeing small changes. BUT Most importantly i started feeling better and i became a better mom. When Covid ended i knew i had to keep going, so i joined a gym while the kids were at school and Launched The Fenix Project. now i had to add business owner to the list of superpowers. When i couldn't make it to the gym i still workout at home as i did when Covid was a thing. fitness became a lifestyle and I Never wanted to feel how i felt before. The result was i lost 28 pounds became a more confident woman, had more energy and was no longer depressed. Today (now as a mom of 3) im inspired to help other moms and woman to start there own Fenix project. By offering nutrionaal and exercise e-books, at home and in gym workouts and programs.
